The National Environmental Act No. 47 of 1987 and the regulations made there under. The provisions of the Gazette No. 1534/18 and dated 2008.02.01 as the National Environmental Regulations No. 01 of 2008 and the provisions of the Gazette No. 1533/16 and dated 2008.01.25 determining the procedures to be followed when an environmental protection permit is required shall apply.
